As the highlight of a healthy meal or as a side dish, the vegetable strudel slices are always a hit. Carrots, broccoli, peas, beans, cauliflower and kohlrabi, covered in a delicate filling of sour cream and cheese, rolled up in crispy filo pastry – a thoroughly healthy delight.
Allow the slices to defrost for approx. 1 hour.
Oven: Preheat and bake at approx. 160°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
Combi steam oven (fan-assisted oven and steam): Preheat and cook with 60% heat and 40% steam at 160°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
Microwave: Heat up frozen slices for approx. three minutes per slice at 600 watts.
