The basis for this original Italian premium pizza base lies in the select ingredients: best bread and durum wheat flour, sun-ripened Italian tomato purée and extra-virgin olive oil. The pizza base is then hand made with plenty of patience and love. To ensure that the flavour develops to its best, the dough is left to rest after kneading to become extra airy and light. It is then pulled by hand, covered by hand with the tomato sauce and stone-baked until crisp.
Leave the pizza base at room temperature for approx. 10 minutes to thaw. Add the desired toppings. Preheat the oven to 220 – 250°C and bake the pizza for 5 – 8 minutes. The cooking time can vary depending on toppings.
