SAL de IBIZA bietet eine Reihe von qualitativ höchstwertigen Speisesalzprodukten an, die alle aus 100% naturbelassenem Meersalz bestehen. SAL de IBIZA wird ausschliesslich im Naturschutzgebiet «Parc Natural de ses Salines d’Eivissa» gewonnen, das 1999 zum Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO ernannt worden ist. Es enthält keinerlei Zusätze oder Konservierungsstoffe, es wird auch keinen weiteren Raffinierungsprozessen unterzogen, ausser schonendem Trocknen im Sonnenlicht und sanftes Mahlen. Aus diesen Gründen enthält SAL de IBIZA über 80 im Meerwasser nachweisbare, für den menschlichen Organismus lebensnotwendige Mineralien und Spurenelemente. Wir entfernen nichts und wir fügen nichts hinzu. Weil ein gutes, gesundes Meersalz nichts braucht als Sonne, Wind und Meer. Diese Elemente allein machen aus ihm einen wahren Jungbrunnen – eben Cristal de la Vida – denn: Salz ist nicht gleich Salz!
