Alsace’s answer to the pizza is now available in mini format. Topped with hearty bacon, a smooth crème fraîche and onions, the mini tarte flambées are perfect as an aperitif snack or an appetiser. They can also be ideally combined with other mini snacks.
Preheat oven/combi steam oven to 250˚C. Remove foil, place frozen tartes flambées on the centre oven rack and bake for approx. 4 to 5 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the oven type.
